Arkadiusz Krasnodębski is Dentons’ Poland Managing Partner, head of the Energy and Natural Resources sector in Warsaw and across Europe.
He specializes in regulatory, contractual and corporate advice to clients operating in the energy and utilities sector, including distribution and transmission system operators and owners, electric energy generators, electric energy and gas traders and offtakers.
Arkadiusz has provided and coordinated legal advice on numerous greenfield and brownfield projects in the power sector, including projects concerning water and waste, renewable energy and nuclear energy, as well as in privatization proceedings and public procurement. Aldona Kowalczyk is a partner in Dentons’ Warsaw office. She is one of the most renowned specialists in the field of public procurement, including PPP projects. Aldona has been focusing on public procurement advisory since 1994, counseling both awarding bodies and bidders. She is highly experienced in appeals procedures and representation of clients before the National Chamber of Appeals and in courts. Aldona delivers public procurement training and has authored numerous articles in the Polish business and legal press (Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Zamówienia Publiczne Doradca). She is the Chairman of the Public Procurement Law Association (PPLA) in Poland.
Michał Drozdowicz is a counsel in Dentons’ Warsaw office and a member of the Public Procurement Practice.
Michał specializes in public procurement law, EU law and commercial contract law. He is highly experienced in representing clients, in particular from the infrastructure and energy sectors, in litigation matters before courts and the National Chamber of Appeals.

Wojciech heads the Dispute Resolution practice. He is a legal counsel and litigator with more than 20 years of experience in handling Poland’s largest commercial and civil lawsuits for corporate clients, including litigations where the award topped €1 billion. He co-heads Dentons Europe’s large dispute resolution practice staffed with several dozen fee-earners.
His wide experience from the infrastructure sector includes legal representation of investors in disputes with state authorities. He also advises clients from the pharmaceutical, energy, telecom, banking, and engineering sectors.
Wojciech Kozłowski’s talents include an ability to build dispute resolution strategies and outstanding management skills in handling multi-faceted lawsuits and leading teams of lawyers.
Counsel, Head of the Construction Disputes Practice
Agnieszka represents clients in domestic and international proceedings, before both state courts and arbitral tribunals. She handles matters related to a wide range of civil litigation and arbitration. She has unique expertise in construction disputes, including those based on FIDIC conditions of contract. She advises private investors, public employers, contract engineers, contractors and subcontractors across the construction industry.
Of particular note is her extensive experience in handling complex, high-value disputes, encompassing road and office building construction, railway, energy and environmental investments. She represents entities operating in the private and public sectors in procedures before the National Chamber of Appeals, as well as in court and arbitration proceedings involving public procurement disputes. She has developed significant practice of construction dispute avoidance.
